Due to an oversight, we needed a birth certificate translated at the last minute. Not knowing if Rapidtranslate.org could pull it off, I took a chance and placed the order on a Saturday. Since the following Monday was a holiday, and we needed the translation by the end of the day on Tuesday, I took advantage of the upgrade to priority. Yes, it was more money but at this point, I needed this done. I made sure to make a note on the order that it would be great to have it by the end of Tuesday by email while the hard copy could be mailed. Tuesday arrived and by 1:00pm (ish), we received the e-mailed translation. Very pleased.Overall I'm impressed and will recommend others to use them (although I don't know many who need translation on a regular basis but at least I now know about rapidtranslate).Cheers!
