The ease of use of the website is what I appreciated the most. It explained that USCIS only accepts certified copies of certain documents. I would never have known this or at the very least, spent many days trying to find that information on a USCIS website. The speed with which the documents were translated was amazing. Just an overnight process and I will receive printed copies of my translations to have for my records and that persons records also. I used to work for the Social Security Administration and we couldn’t get documents translated any faster than two weeks. Your service is wonderful!
